With a father and relatives that are well known Muso’s in Australia, Tamlin comes from a musical pedigree. Tamlin was born straight into the heart of Australia’s folk music. His possession of a huge amount of knowledge of all things audio is a massive part of his skills, not to mention his multi-instrumental playing ability and all round songwriting skills.
Tamlin oversees Zen Academy’s guitar tuition with the ability to teach all manner of styles for both acoustic and electric guitar. He has extensive experience on stage and numerous Australian tours under his belt. He was also a vital contributor to the design and construction of Zen’s new recording studio and is a go-to man for many in the recording industry.

Ned is a guitarist, performer and Freelance film composer from the Inner West.
Starting out as a classical and flamenco guitarist at a young age, Ned is a virtuosic finger-style guitarist that performs and composes intricate instrumental pieces on the acoustic guitar utilising advanced techniques. He has played alongside local and international artists such as Van Larkins and Maneli Jamal of CandyRat Records, and performs around the country in folk-punk band The Bottlers, performing at The National Folk Festival, Illawarra Folk Festival, Folk By The Sea, and more.
When not performing, Ned writes musical scores for Film, TV, and theatre. Ned’s collaborations have been screened all around the world, and notably his work was nominated for Best Original Score at The OzFlix Independent Film Awards in 2018, and has worked on two films nominated for the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards (AACTA).
